It hardly matters that Jolie s accent rambles somewhat between pungent Cockney and plummy Buckingham Palace. Julia Roberts is magnificent playing the powerful, brooding, conflicted title character. Her familiar, Diaval (Sam Riley of Control ) as well as the sweet princess (Elle Fanning) give strong supporting performances, too.
